Ingredients
- 200g red kidney beans
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 Stück ginger
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin seeds
- zum Garnieren coriander
- 2 EL ghee or oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the red kidney beans overnight and then cook until soft.
- 2. Finely chop onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté in ghee.
- 3. Add the diced tomato and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the cooked beans and mix well.
- 5. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
