  2. 2. Finely chop onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté in ghee.
  3. 3. Add the diced tomato and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beans and mix well.
  5. 5. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
