Ingredients
- 200g Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak and cook the beans until soft.
- 2. Chop the onion and garlic, sauté in oil.
- 3. Add tomatoes, ginger, and spices, cook until soft.
- 4. Add the beans, mix, and simmer.
- 5. Serve with rice.
