🥗 Quinoa Tuna Bowl

Ingredients
- 150g quinoa
- 200g canned tuna
- 1 Stück avocado
- 1 Bund coriander
- 0.5 Stück chili
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
- 3. Dice avocado and add to bowl.
- 4. Finely chop coriander and chili and mix in.
- 5. Season with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and serve.
