🥪 Quinoa Lentil Burger

Ingredients
- 100 g quinoa
- 150 g green lentils
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin
- 2 EL fresh parsley
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa and lentils according to package instructions.
- 2. Finely chop carrot, onion, and garlic.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Form mixture into patties and fry in a pan with olive oil.
- 5. Fry each side for approximately 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve on a burger bun with toppings of your choice.
