Ingredients
- 150 g quinoa
- 50 g peanuts
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 1 Stück carrot
- 2 EL lime juice
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 1 Handvoll fresh herbs (e.g., coriander)
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Slice bell pepper and carrot into thin strips.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, bell pepper, carrot, and peanuts.
- 4. Add lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
