Ingredients
- 150g Quinoa
- 200g Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Stück Red Bell Pepper
- 100g Zucchini
- 50g Arugula
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Paprika Powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to instructions.
- 2. Dice sweet potatoes and bake in the oven.
- 3. Chop and sauté bell pepper and zucchini.
- 4. Wash and dry arugula.
- 5. Layer all ingredients in a bowl.
- 6. Season with olive oil, paprika powder, and salt.
