Ingredients
- 150 Quinoa
- 200 Tofu
- 300 Vegetables (e.g. bell pepper, broccoli)
- 2 Soy sauce
- 2 Olive oil
- 1 Ginger
- 2 Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Sauté selected vegetables in the pan briefly.
- 4. Enhance tofu and vegetables with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- 5. Divide quinoa into bowls and top with tofu and vegetables.
