Ingredients
- 150g Quinoa
- 200g Chicken Breast
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to packaging instructions.
- 2. Dice chicken breast and pan-fry in olive oil.
- 3. Chop bell pepper and set aside.
- 4. Slice avocado in half, remove pit, and cut into slices.
- 5. Arrange quinoa, chicken, bell pepper, and avocado in a bowl.
