🥗 Quinoa Bowl with Avocado

Ingredients
- 150g Quinoa
- 300ml Water
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring quinoa to a boil in water and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.
- 2. Chop avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- 3. Arrange cooked quinoa in a bowl, followed by chopped veggies, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt.
