🥗 Quinoa Bowl with Avocado and Edamame

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 100 g Edamame
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 1 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Sesame Seeds
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Cook edamame in boiling water until soft.
- 3. Slice cucumber and cube avocado.
- 4. In a bowl, mix quinoa, edamame, cucumber, and avocado.
- 5. Season with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Garnish with sesame seeds.
