Ingredients
- 300g Mixed Vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, zucchini)
- 200g Rice (cooked)
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1 TL (gerieben) Ginger
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 2 Spring Onions
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan, add garlic and ginger.
- 2. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- 4. Add sliced spring onions and stir-fry briefly.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
