🥩 Quick Veal Schnitzel with Sage and Ham

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Veal Schnitzel
- 4 Scheiben Prosciutto Crudo
- 8 Stück Sage leaves
- 60 g Butter
- 2 EL Oil
- 2 EL Flour
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Salt and pepper the veal schnitzels on both sides.
- 2. Lightly dust the schnitzels with flour and shake off the excess flour.
- 3. Place a slice of Prosciutto and a sage leaf on each schnitzel. Press down lightly.
- 4. Heat oil and half of the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 5. Fry the schnitzels for approx. 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the pan.
- 6. Add the remaining butter to the hot pan and let it brown slightly (browning butter).
- 7. Pour the butter over the schnitzels and serve immediately.
