🐟 Quick Tuna and Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
- 160 g Tuna (can, in own juice)
- 200 g Chickpeas (can, drained)
- 50 g Red Onion
- 150 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 20 ml Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 10 ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 g Salt
- 10 g Basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
- 2. Dice the red onion into very fine cubes.
- 3. Open the tuna can, drain the water, and flake the fish into coarse pieces with a fork.
- 4. Add the drained chickpeas, tuna, onion, and tomatoes to a large bowl.
- 5. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small cup.
- 6. Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and mix everything gently.
- 7. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and fold them in. Serve the salad immediately.
