🥐 Quick Thyme Crescent Casserole with Ham

Ingredients
- 4 Stk Croissant (quartered)
- 200 g Cooked ham (in strips)
- 200 g Cream cheese (whipped with herbs)
- 200 ml Cream (min. 20% fat)
- 2 EL Fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 Stk Bell pepper (red, diced)
- 1 Prise Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease a baking dish.
- 2. Cut the croissants into quarters and place them in a single layer in the baking dish.
- 3. Distribute the ham strips and bell pepper cubes evenly over the croissants.
- 4. Mix the cream cheese, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- 5. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over all ingredients in the dish.
- 6. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown and bubbles are visible.
