  2. 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the mushrooms and fry them for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in the rice and toast it for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the broth in small amounts and stir continuously until the liquid is absorbed.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Parmesan, and cover for 2 minutes.
