🍄 Quick Mushroom Pan-Risotto with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 250 g Risotto rice (Arborio)
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 2 Stück Onions
- 600 ml Vegetable broth
- 80 g Parmesan cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 15 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions and slice the mushrooms.
- 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 3. Add the mushrooms and fry them for 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in the rice and toast it for 2 minutes.
- 5. Pour in the broth in small amounts and stir continuously until the liquid is absorbed.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Parmesan, and cover for 2 minutes.
