🥩 Quick Tuscan Saltimbocca

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 160 g Tuscan Salami (or Parma Ham)
- 150 g Fresh Cheese (Mascarpone)
- 12 Stk Sage leaves
- 40 g Butter
- 1 g Paprika powder sweet
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken and pat dry with kitchen paper. Slice the breast horizontally into two thin cutlets (optional pounding).
- 2. Fry the salami briefly in the hot butter in a pan until crisp. Remove it.
- 3. Place a piece of salami and a sage leaf on each chicken cutlet. Fry the meat on both sides in the pan for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4. Reduce the heat. Stir the mascarpone into the remaining pan sauce until a thick cream forms. Season with paprika powder.
- 5. Serve the meat immediately in the sauce.
