🥒 Lime Penne with Zucchini and Feta

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne pasta
- 250 g Zucchini
- 2 Stk. Limes
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente.
- 2. Slice the zucchini into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Fry the zucchini and garlic in olive oil for 4 minutes in the pan.
- 4. Squeeze the juice of the limes over the zucchini and add the pasta.
- 5. Season with coarse salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese over it and serve immediately.
