🦐 Quick Seafood Salad with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp (peeled)
- 200 g Cod fillet
- 200 g Veggie mix (bell pepper, zucchini)
- 1 Stk. Lemon
- 30 g Capers
- 15 ml Beef tallow or olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cod into bite-sized cubes and halve the shrimp if necessary.
- 2. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the zucchini into thin slices.
- 3. Fry the fish and shrimp in a pan with a little oil for a total of 4 minutes until cooked. Remove them from the pan.
- 4. Fry the vegetables in the same pan for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the warm vegetables and fish.
- 6. Season everything with salt, pepper, and the rinsed capers. Serve the salad warm or at room temperature.
