🍝 Quick Lobster Mushroom Macaroni

Ingredients
- 320 g Macaroni
- 400 g Champignons (sliced)
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 4 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 2 EL Sweet paprika powder
- 200 g Vegetarian fish substitute strips (Salmon-style)
- 200 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted water al dente and reserve 100 ml of cooking water.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the champignons and fry them until golden brown for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and the minced garlic. Fry everything for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle the paprika powder over the vegetables and stir so it does not burn.
- 5. Add the fish substitute strips to the pan and add the cream. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3 minutes.
- 6. Add the drained macaroni to the pan. Mix them thoroughly with the sauce. If it is too thick, add the reserved cooking water.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish warm.
