🍳 Quick Chorizo Potato Skillet

Ingredients
- 200 g Chorizo sausage (sliced)
- 500 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 1 Stk Bell pepper (red)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic (pressed)
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into small, uniform cubes (approx. 1 cm). Dice the onion and bell pepper into small cubes as well.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo slices and fry for 2 minutes until they release some fat. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
- 3. Add the potato cubes to the same pan and fry for 10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Add the onions and bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Add the garlic and paprika powder and cook for 1 more minute.
- 5. Return the chorizo to the pan. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately while warm.
