Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Butter
- 125 ml Water
- 1 Prise Salt
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 ml Whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 2. Bring water, butter and a pinch of salt to a boil in a pot. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the water is bubbling.
- 3. Immediately stir in the flour and mix thoroughly until a dough ball forms. Let it cool for 1 minute.
- 4. Reduce the heat slightly and stir in the eggs one by one. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
- 5. Distribute the dough into small balls (approx. 40g) on the baking sheet. Bake them for 20 minutes until they have risen and are golden brown. Do not open the oven beforehand.
- 6. Cut the finished puffs in half. Whip the cream until stiff and fill it into a piping bag.
- 7. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the top half of each puff into the chocolate and let them dry on racks.
- 8. Fill the bottom half of each puff with the whipped cream and cover it with the chocolate half.
