Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 80 g Sugar
- 10 g Butter (for greasing)
- 100 g Dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted and grease a baking dish with the butter.
- 2. Mix the flour, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl with a whisk to form a smooth batter.
- 3. Add the milk slowly and continue stirring until no lumps remain.
- 4. Stir the melted chocolate into the batter.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- 6. Bake the clafoutis for 30 minutes in the oven until golden brown and puffed up.
- 7. Let the cake rest in the oven with the door closed for 5 minutes, then remove it.
