🍗 Quick Chicken Saltimbocca without Flour Breading

Ingredients
- 4 Stück (je ca. 120 g) Chicken breast fillet
- 8 Scheiben Prosciutto crudo (cured ham)
- 8 Stück Fresh sage leaves
- 40 g Butter
- 100 ml White wine (dry)
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken and pat it dry. Place one slice of prosciutto on each fillet and put a sage leaf on top.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken pieces with the filling facing down into the hot pan.
- 3. Fry the meat for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Gently turn it over and fry the other side for another 4 minutes.
- 4. Remove the chicken temporarily from the pan. Add the butter to the still hot pan, foam it slightly and deglaze the pan residues with the white wine.
- 5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately. Add pepper to taste.
