  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and set aside.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken until golden brown, remove it from the pan, and place it on a plate.
  7. 7. Fry the onion and pepper cubes in the same oil for 3 minutes until soft.
  8. 8. Stir in the garlic and tomato paste for 1 minute.
  9. 9. Add the rice, paprika powder, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  10. 10. Place the chicken back into the pan. Cover the pan and let everything simmer for 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
