🍗 Quick Chicken Paprika Rice

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 2 Stück Red bell pepper
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Bund Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and set aside.
- 2. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 6. Fry the chicken until golden brown, remove it from the pan, and place it on a plate.
- 7. Fry the onion and pepper cubes in the same oil for 3 minutes until soft.
- 8. Stir in the garlic and tomato paste for 1 minute.
- 9. Add the rice, paprika powder, and chicken broth. Stir well.
- 10. Place the chicken back into the pan. Cover the pan and let everything simmer for 15 minutes.
- 11. Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
