  2. 2. Fry the chicken cubes in a pan with a little oil for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. 3. Cut the cucumber, pepper, and spring onions into small cubes.
  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes as well.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, vegetables, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Let the salad stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Serve the salad cold.
