🍛 Quick Chicken Curry with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken breast
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 1 Bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 2 EL Curry powder
- 150g Rice
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into cubes and fry in a pan.
- 2. Dice bell peppers and zucchini and add to chicken.
- 3. Sprinkle curry powder and mix well.
- 4. Add coconut milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 6. Serve chicken curry with rice.
