  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, uniform cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the potato cubes for 10 minutes until golden brown and almost cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the ground beef to the same pan and fry it, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add onions and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to release flavors. Pour in the beef broth and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix the prepared meat with the previous potatoes in the pan. Toss everything well to heat through. Serve the dish immediately with fresh parsley.
