Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 große Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Tomato paste
- 100 ml Beef broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, uniform cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the potato cubes for 10 minutes until golden brown and almost cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- 3. Add the ground beef to the same pan and fry it, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add onions and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to release flavors. Pour in the beef broth and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
- 5. Mix the prepared meat with the previous potatoes in the pan. Toss everything well to heat through. Serve the dish immediately with fresh parsley.
