Ingredients
- 300 g Cherries
- 3 Stk. Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Flour
- 200 ml Whole Milk
- 15 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Wash the cherries and remove the pits (or use pitted cherries).
- 3. Melt the butter in an oven-safe dish and distribute the cherries.
- 4. Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, and milk in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 5. Pour the batter over the cherries in the dish.
- 6. Bake the clafoutis (a flat, king-pie-like batter) until golden brown for 30 minutes.
