Ingredients
- 100 ml Espresso
- 150 g Crème Fraiche
- 5 g Vanilla sugar
- 2 Tropfen Bitter almond extract
Instructions
- 1. Brew a fresh espresso and let it cool slightly so it is warm but not boiling.
- 2. Mix the crème fraiche in a bowl with the vanilla sugar and bitter almond drops.
- 3. Divide the crème fraiche mixture among four small glasses or bowls.
- 4. Pour the warm espresso directly over the crème fraiche and serve immediately.
