☕ Classic Affogato with Homemade Syrup

Ingredients
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk (full fat)
- 4 Kugeln Affogato ice cream (vanilla or creamy)
- 120 ml Espresso (freshly brewed)
Instructions
- 1. Combine the sugar and water in a small pot. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and a clear syrup consistency forms. Let the syrup cool for 5 minutes.
- 2. Heat the milk in a small pot or microwave until it is hot but not boiling.
- 3. Prepare the espresso and let it cool slightly so it is warm.
- 4. Place one scoop of ice cream into each of 4 glasses. Add one teaspoon of the cooled sugar syrup over the ice cream.
- 5. Pour the hot espresso slowly over the ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly. Serve the affogato immediately.
