🥗 Quiche with Leftover Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250g Dough (e.g. Puff Pastry)
- 3 Eggs
- 200ml Cream
- 200g Leftover Vegetables (e.g. Broccoli, Bell Pepper)
- 100g Grated Cheese
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Place the dough in a quiche dish and prick with a fork.
- 3. Spread the leftover vegetables evenly over the dough.
- 4. Beat the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese, bake for 40 minutes.
