🍕 Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
- 200 g Puff pastry
- 100 g Bacon
- 3 Eggs
- 150 ml Cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Place the puff pastry in a greased quiche or tart pan and press the edges up.
- 3. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy. Let it cool.
- 4. In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, milk, salt, and pepper well.
- 5. Add the crispy bacon and grated cheese to the egg mixture and stir well.
- 6. Pour the filling evenly over the puff pastry.
- 7. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- 8. Remove the quiche from the oven, let it cool for a moment, and then slice.
