🥧 Classic Broccoli Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gouda cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 300 ml Heavy cream
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 2. Wash the broccoli, remove large leaves, and cut it into small florets.
- 3. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes, then plunge it into ice water.
- 4. Grate the Gouda cheese into fine shreds.
- 5. Whisk the eggs lightly with a fork and stir in the heavy cream.
- 6. Roll out the puff pastry and place it into a quiche pan.
- 7. Place the broccoli and cheese into the pastry shell.
- 8. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the filling.
- 9. Bake the quiche in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 10. Let the quiche cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
