🍕 Cheese Quesadillas with Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Tortillas
- 200 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 1 kleine onion
- 2 EL olive oil
- 2 Stück tomatoes
- eine Handvoll cilantro (optional)
- 1 Prise salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the bell pepper and onion.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft (about 5 minutes).
- 3. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly top with shredded cheese and sautéed vegetables.
- 4. Fold the tortillas in half and cook in the same pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 5. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mix with cilantro, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
- 6. Remove the quesadillas from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve with the salsa.
