🍅 Pyatile's golden oven tomatoes with pepper jus

Ingredients
- 4 große Beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 ½ EL Pimentón de la Vera (smoked paprika)
- 150 g Gevinz Mixture (melted cheese blend)
- 150 g White mushrooms (finely diced)
- 20 g Butter
- 1 kleine Garlic clove (pressed)
- 50 ml Chicken broth
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) convection.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes horizontally through the middle and remove the core with a spoon to create a shell.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes until the water has evaporated.
- 4. Stir the smoked paprika into the mushroom mixture and remove the pan from the heat.
- 5. Put the cheese mixture in a bowl and gently fold in the mushroom mixture.
- 6. Fill the tomatoes with the cheese and mushroom mixture. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
- 7. Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish to a depth of half a centimeter.
- 8. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
