  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) convection.
  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes horizontally through the middle and remove the core with a spoon to create a shell.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes until the water has evaporated.
  4. 4. Stir the smoked paprika into the mushroom mixture and remove the pan from the heat.
  5. 5. Put the cheese mixture in a bowl and gently fold in the mushroom mixture.
  6. 6. Fill the tomatoes with the cheese and mushroom mixture. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
  7. 7. Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish to a depth of half a centimeter.
  8. 8. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
