🥗 Putu - South African Maize Slice

Ingredients
- 200g Maize meal
- 400ml Water
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Slowly stir in maize meal and continuously stir to avoid lumps.
- 3. Let simmer for about 10 minutes until the mixture is thick and firm.
- 4. Pour into a mold, let cool, and cut into pieces.
- 5. Serve with Chakalaka and other sides.
