Ingredients
- 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 700 ml Oil
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, salt, and water to form a firm dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into balls.
- 4. Flatten the balls and fry in hot oil until puffed.
- 5. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
- 6. Enjoy the puri!
