Ingredients
- 200g All-purpose Flour
- 100ml Water
- 1/4 TL Salt
- zum Frittieren Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water to form a smooth dough.
- 3. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll out.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the puris until they puff up.
- 6. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
