🥗 Pulao with Nuts and Raisins

Ingredients
- 150g Basmati Rice
- 30g Almonds
- 30g Cashews
- 30g Raisins
- 300ml Vegetable Broth
- 1 Stück Onion
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 2. Add nuts and raisins and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add rice and mix well.
- 4. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Fluff before serving.
