  1. 1. Rinse the whole grain freekeh under cold water and cook it in salted water for 20 minutes until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. Cut the zucchini into cubes and the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season both with salt, pepper, and half of the herbs de Provence.
  3. 3. Heat 15 ml of olive oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
  4. 4. Fry the zucchini cubes in the remaining pan fat for 5 minutes until soft. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes until they start to burst.
  5. 5. Mix the balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil, and remaining herbs de Provence in a small bowl. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
  6. 6. Divide the cooled whole grain freekeh among 4 containers. Distribute the chicken, vegetable mixture, and sun-dried tomatoes on top. Crown each container with the cream cheese.
  7. 7. Pour the dressing mixture over the bowls shortly before serving. Close the lids for meal prep.
