🍰 Protein Pancakes with Banana

Ingredients
- 100g Oats
- 2 Egg
- 1 Banana
- 100ml Milk
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1/2 TL Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Blend oats into flour in a food processor.
- 2. Add egg, banana, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon and blend well.
- 3. Cook batter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 4. Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Serve warm, optionally with syrup.
