Ingredients
- 300 g pork
- 400 g hominy
- 4 Stück dried chilis
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 1 TL oregano
- 1 TL salt
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 L water
- 1 Stück lime
- 2 Stück radish
- 100 g cabbage
Instructions
- 1. Soak chilis in hot water until soft.
- 2. Cut meat into pieces, bring to a boil with water, onion, and garlic.
- 3. Blend soaked chilis and add to meat mixture.
- 4. Add hominy, oregano, and spices, simmer for 60 minutes.
- 5. Serve with lime, radish, and cabbage.
