Ingredients
- 2 Stück chicken
- 3 EL olive oil
- 4 Stück tomatoes
- 1 Stück onion
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 100 g olives
- 1 TL thyme
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sear chicken in olive oil.
- 2. Add onion and garlic and sauté.
- 3. Add tomatoes and olives.
- 4. Season with thyme and pepper.
- 5. Simmer for 35 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
