🥗 Potato Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients
- 300g Potatoes
- 100g Carrots
- 100g zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Grate the potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. Finely dice the onion.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan. Using a spoon, place small portions of the mixture into the pan.
- 4. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
