Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 300g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 100ml water
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Chop the onion finely and sauté in butter.
- 3. Mix the mashed potatoes with onion, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Knead flour with water and salt into a dough.
- 5. Roll out the dough and cut out circles.
- 6. Place filling on dough circles and fold into crescents.
- 7. Boil vareniki in salted water until they float.
