Ingredients
- 500 Pork
- 4 Water
- 200 Tamarind
- 100 okra
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Daikon Radish
Instructions
- 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the pork and simmer for 45 minutes.
- 3. Blend the tamarind and add to the water.
- 4. Add onions, tomatoes, and radish and simmer further.
- 5. Add okra and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve warm.
