Ingredients
- 500g Flour
- 300g Pork
- 100g Bacon
- 100g butter
- 150ml Water
- 5g Salt
- 1g Pepper
- 2g Gelatin
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour and butter, chill the mixture.
- 2. Dice pork and mix with bacon.
- 3. Season meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- 4. Roll out dough and place in pie tin.
- 5. Place filling inside and cover with dough.
- 6. Bake at 190°C for 1 hour.
- 7. Allow to cool before serving.
