1. Warm the raspberries either in the microwave or in a small saucepan. Mix them with the chia seeds and let the mixture swell for about 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, bring the almond drink with the maple syrup to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the poppy seeds and semolina and simmer the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove the pot from the heat, cover it and let it rest.
3. Toast the chopped almonds in a hot pan without oil over medium heat until they are fragrant.
4. Spoon the poppy seed semolina into a glass. Dilute the raspberry chia topping with a little water if necessary and pour it over the semolina. Top with the roasted almonds and serve.
