🥗 Pongal - Spiced Rice-Lentil Fry

Ingredients
- 1 Tasse Rice
- 1/4 Tasse moong dal
- 1 TL Cumin Seeds
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1/2 TL Black Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- zum Braten Oil
- zum Garnieren Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice and moong dal until soft.
- 2. Fry cumin seeds in oil.
- 3. Add ginger and pepper, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add cooked rice and dal, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
