🍅 Colorful Tomato Burrata Platter with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 600 g Mixed tomatoes (red and yellow)
- 250 g Burrata cheese
- 80 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 15 g Fresh basil
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 4 g Sea salt
- 15 ml Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fresh tomatoes and slice them into thick wedges or halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 2. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
- 3. Break open the Burrata with your hands and place it in the center of a large serving platter.
- 4. Arrange the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes around the Burrata on the platter.
- 5. Drizzle the salad generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- 6. Season with salt and decorate with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
